Primark Coat 2017 oil on linen 50x50cm ...was inspired by a humanitarian visit to the first Calais refugee camp in 2014 with a group formed by the Comboni Nuns ...we went into the woods wearing two coats so that we could give one away. I gave my donated Primark coat to a young boy wearing a red scarf to hide his identity.
