| I am Shirley Wright, from Bradford, West Yorkshire, commercial artist and teacher of fine art. I have exhibited at the Ely Cathedral and Millenium Dome, Birmingham as well as various galleries in West Yorkshire, Cambridgeshire and the West Midlands. I take commissions for portraits, paintings, mosaics and commercial paintings of almost any kind. I love the variety of my work and whilst I primarily specialised in portraiture, I have developed a versatility to allow me to produce artwork covering a variety of specifications, whilst remaining true to my own style. I have painted public commmissions for local councillors as well as private portraits for the Mayor of March in Cambridgeshire and the Mayor of Boston, Lincolnshire. |
