Sonia was born in Stratford and studied Fine art at Warwickshire College. Her
abstract art has a contemplative quality and she has sold her art, locally, regionally and internationally. She creates garden art for homes and community projects and recently helped create a school prayer garden at the school she is Artist in residence at. Through the interplay of different media i.e. photography, works on Perspex, her aim is to express the spirituality of the world around her and to challenge the observer with each piece using somewhat unorthodox techniques.
