I live and work in Cornwall,and I also travel with my work. I've had solo shows at Newlyn art Gallery, in York, and in Edinburgh.I was represented by Millennium for many years. My chief sources of inspiration are wild mountainous places, music and the subtle. I make work using watercolour on paper and oil on gesso-prepared surfaces, and I also make monotype performance drawings. I recently made all the original artwork for Marc Almond's new album The Velvet Trail.Recent residencies on the Isle of Iona have prompted a series of drawings and monotypes about the feminine body's response to the clarity and beauty of pristine wilderness. for regular up-dates please visit my blog:
